May 7, 2020 5:03 PM EDTAmerican Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) reported Q1 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $289.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $290.59 million.
