Timken Reports First-Quarter 2020 Results
May 1, 2020 6:51 AM EDTNORTH CANTON, Ohio, May 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com), a world leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products, today reported first-quarter 2020 sales of $923.4 million, down 5.7 percent from the same period a year ago. The decline was driven by lower demand in most end markets and unfavorable currency, partially offset by the favorable impact of acquisitions and positive pricing.
