SPRINGFIELD, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spok Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPOK), a global leader in healthcare communications, today announced operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. In addition, the Companys Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on June 24, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 25, 2020.
