Omnicom Group Reports First Quarter 2020 Results

NEW YORK, April 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) today announced that its diluted net income per share for the first quarter of 2020 increased two cents, or 1.7%, to $1.19 per share compared to $1.17 for the first quarter of 2019.  Net income - Omnicom Group Inc. for the first quarter of 2020 decreased $5.1 million, or 1.9%, to $258.1 million compared to $263.2 million in the first quarter of 2019.  Net income - Omnicom Group Inc. for the first quarter of 2020 was reduced by $3.9 million for a non-cash impairment charge related to the decline in the market value...
