March 31, 2020 4:08 PM EDTVerint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q4 EPS of $1.11, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $349 million versus the consensus estimate of $374.51 million.
