HealthStream Announces Share Repurchase Authorization
March 13, 2020 9:25 AM EDTNASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HealthStream (Nasdaq: HSTM), a leading provider of workforce and provider solutions for the healthcare industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new share repurchase program for the Companys common stock, under which the Company may repurchase up to $30 million of outstanding shares of common stock.
