(Nasdaq: SEEL), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapies for central nervous system disorders and rare diseases, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock, at a price to the public of $0.60 per share.
