Compugen Announces Commencement of Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

(Nasdaq: CGEN), a clinical-stage cancer immunotherapy company and a leader in predictive target discovery, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell its ordinary shares.
