SP Plus Corporation Announces Additional $50 Million Share Repurchase Authorization
March 9, 2020 9:00 AM EDTCHICAGO, March 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SP Plus Corporation (Nasdaq: SP), a leading provider of technology-driven mobility solutions for aviation, commercial, hospitality and institutional clients throughout North America, today announced its Board has approved a new share repurchase authorization of $50 million. This new authorization is in addition to the approximately $11.5 million currently remaining under the Companys prior $50 million repurchase authorization that was approved in July 2019.
