March 4, 2020 6:45 AM ESTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE-OMI) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2019, as summarized in the table below.
