Synopsys Initiates $100 Million Accelerated Share Repurchase Agreement

(Nasdaq: SNPS) today announced that it has entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement (ASR) with JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association to repurchase an aggregate of $100 million of Synopsys stock.
