Huron Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Financial Results, and Provides 2020 Guidance

Revenues increased $26.8 million, or 13.1%, to $232.3 million in Q4 2019 from $205.5 million in Q4 2018. Net income from continuing operations increased $11.3 million to $14.4 million in Q4 2019 from $3.1 million in Q4 2018. Adjusted EBITDA(6), a non-GAAP measure, increased $1.5 million, or 5.4%, to $29.4 million in Q4 2019 from $27.9 million in Q4 2018. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations increased $0.49 to $0.63 in Q4 2019 from $0.14 in Q4 2018.
