Agile Therapeutics Announces Pricing of $45 Million Underwritten Public Offering of Common Stock
February 21, 2020 8:36 AM ESTPRINCETON, N.J., Feb. 21, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Agile Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGRX), a womens healthcare company, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 15 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Agile Therapeutics, are expected to be approximately $45 million.
