CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE: H) today reported fourth quarter 2019 financial results. Net income attributable to Hyatt was $321 million, or $3.08 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2019, compared to $44 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2018.
