SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) today announced that the Company expects to present its fourth quarter and full year results on or before March 16, 2020 and to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 in compliance with the required filing deadline.
