Announces Distribution Ratio of Arconic Corporation Common Stock
PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Arconic Inc. (NYSE: ARNC) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the completion of the Companys separation into two independent, publicly traded companies. The separation is scheduled to become effective on April 1, 2020 before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.
