DALLAS & AMSTERDAM & SHANGHAI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global chemical and specialty materials company, and Nouryon today announced they have signed an agreement for Celanese to acquire Nouryons redispersible polymer powders business offered under the Elotex® brand (Elotex business).
