Cadence Bancorporation Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Financial Results
January 23, 2020 6:28 AM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cadence Bancorporation (NYSE: CADE) (Cadence) today announced net income for the year ended December 31, 2019 of $202.0 million or $1.56 per diluted common share (per share), compared to $166.3 million or $1.97 per share for the year ended December 31, 2018. Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 was $51.4 million or $0.40 per share, compared to $32.3 million or $0.39 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, and $44.0 million or $0.34 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
