(NYSE: TGNA) today issued a letter to its shareholders highlighting TEGNAs successful strategic evolution as well as its recent strong performance and future growth opportunities in light of Standard General LPs nomination of four candidates for election to the TEGNA Board of Directors. The letter addresses the serious concerns of TEGNAs highly qualified and recently refreshed Board about Standard General and its Founding Partner, Mr. Soohyung Kim.
