(Neoleukin) (Nasdaq: NLTX), a biopharmaceutical company utilizing sophisticated computational methods to design de novo protein therapeutics, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,925,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.40 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from this offering are expected to be approximately $75.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Neoleukin.
