Forty Seven, Inc. Announces Proposed Underwritten Public Offering of Common Stock
December 11, 2019 4:01 PM ESTMENLO PARK, Calif., Dec. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Forty Seven, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTSV), a clinical stage immuno-oncology company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $140,000,000 of shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Forty Seven. In connection with this offering, Forty Seven expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $21,000,000 of additional shares of common stock.
