(Phreesia) (NYSE: PHR), a leading patient intake management platform, announced today the launch of an underwritten secondary public offering of a total of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock (the Secondary Offering), to be offered by certain of Phreesias existing stockholders (the Selling Stockholders).
