December 10, 2019 7:55 AM ESTNASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) (the Company) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, at a price to the public of $85.60 per share (the Offering). The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock.
