Post Holdings Announces New Share Repurchase Authorization of $400 Million
December 6, 2019 8:00 AM UTCST. LOUIS, Dec. 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST), a consumer packaged goods holding company, today announced its Board of Directors has approved a new $400 million share repurchase authorization, with share repurchases under the new authorization beginning on December 6, 2019. As of December 5, 2019, Post had repurchased approximately $252 million under its previous $400 million stock repurchase authorization, which was approved on September 4, 2019 and was cancelled effective December 5, 2019.
