(Nasdaq: MLND), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel treatments primarily for orphan endocrine diseases, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,166,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $25.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Millendo.
