Omeros Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
December 4, 2019 4:11 PM ESTSEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omeros Corporation (Nasdaq: OMER) (Omeros), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing and commercializing small-molecule and protein therapeutics for large-market as well as orphan indications targeting inflammation, complement-mediated diseases, disorders of the central nervous system and immune-related diseases, including cancers, today announced that it has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Omeros has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in connection with the offering.
