Amtech Systems (ASYS) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Revenues Beat; Offers 1Q Revenues Guidance Below Consensus

Amtech Systems (NASDAQ: ASYS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.23 million.
