Software Acquisition Group Inc. Announces Pricing of $130,000,000 Initial Public Offering
November 20, 2019 4:01 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Software Acquisition Group Inc. (the Company) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 13,000,000 units, at $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (Nasdaq) and will begin trading tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20, 2019, under the ticker symbol SAQNU. Each unit consists of one share of the Companys Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
