Affimed Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Shares

(Affimed or the Company) (Nasdaq: AFMD), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to giving patients back their innate ability to fight cancer, today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 12,000,000 of its common shares at a public offering price of $2.50 per common share.
