American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c
November 7, 2019 5:02 PM ESTAmerican Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $298.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $290.12 million.
