Nutrien (NTR) Misses Q3 EPS by 5c; Lowers FY19 EPS Guidance
November 4, 2019 5:35 PM ESTNutrien (NYSE: NTR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.24, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.13 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.99 billion.
Highlights:
Retail performed very well with EBITDA increasing 64 percent in the third quarter of 2019 compared to the same period last year due to the delayed timing of crop input demand in the US and stronger margins.
