QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Misses Q3 EPS by 10c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY19 Revenue Guidance
November 4, 2019 4:35 PM UTCQTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $125.26 million versus the consensus estimate of $119.88 million.
Additional Third Quarter Highlights
Recognized total consolidated revenues of $125.3 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2019, an increase of 11.6% compared to total consolidated revenue of $112.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 as well an increase of 16.5% compared to total consolidated Core revenue of $107.5 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2018.
