Oceaneering Reports Third Quarter 2019 Results
October 30, 2019 5:01 PM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering") (NYSE: OII) today reported a net loss of $25.5 million, or $(0.26) per share, on revenue of $498 million for the three months ended September 30, 2019. Adjusted net loss was $29.7 million, or $(0.30) per share, excluding the impact of $7.0 million of certain tax adjustments and the after-tax effects of $3.5 million of foreign currency exchange losses.
During the prior quarter ended June 30, 2019, Oceaneering reported a net loss of $35.2 million, or $(0.36) per share, on revenue of $496 million, and an adjusted net loss of $31.5 million, or $(0.32) per share.
