October 30, 2019 4:59 PM EDTLONDON, Oct. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Noble Corporation plc (NYSE: NE, the Company) today reported a net loss attributable to the Company for the three months ended September 30, 2019 (third quarter) of $445 million, or $1.79 per diluted share, on total revenues of $276 million. The results reflect the impact of a non-cash charge totaling $596 million ($331 million, or $1.33 per diluted share, net of noncontrolling interests) relating to the impairment of the drillship Noble Bully II.
