Tyler Technologies (TYL) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c, Revenues Miss; Provides FY19 EPS/Revenue Outlook
October 30, 2019 4:57 PM EDTTyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) reported Q3 EPS of $1.35, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $277.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $282.15 million.
Third Quarter 2019 Financial Highlights:
Total revenues were $275.4 million, up 16.7% from $236.1 million for the third quarter of 2018. Organic revenue growth was 8.9%. Non-GAAP total revenues were $277.2 million, up 16.7% from $237.6 million for the third quarter of 2018. Non-GAAP organic revenue growth was 8.3%.Recurring revenues from maintenance and subscriptions were $185.1 million, an increase of 19.5% compared to the third quarter of 2018, and comprised 67.2% of third quarter 2019...
