Revenues for the third quarter of 2019 under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") were $618.7 million, increasing $87.8 million, or 16.5%, compared to the third quarter of the prior year, with commissions and fees increasing by 16.5% and Organic Revenue(1) increasing by 3.4%.
