July 31, 2019 5:04 PM EDTCBL & Assoc. Properties (NYSE: CBL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $190.28 million.
GUIDANCE:
CBL & Assoc. Properties sees FY2019 FFO of $1.30-$1.35.
