Leidos (LDOS) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY19 EPS/Revenue Guidance
July 30, 2019 6:05 AM EDTLeidos (NYSE: LDOS) reported Q2 EPS of $1.16, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.65 billion.
Revenues for the quarter were $2.73 billion, compared to $2.53 billion in the prior year quarter, reflecting a 7.9% increase. Revenues grew 8.8% when adjusting for the commercial cybersecurity business that was sold during the first quarter of 2019.Operating income for the quarter was $210 million, compared to $199 million in the prior year quarter.
