Ventas (VTR) Tops Q2 EPS by 26c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY19 EPS/FFO Guidance
July 26, 2019 6:59 AM EDTVentas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.58, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $950.72 million versus the consensus estimate of $935.02 million.
Ventas had a highly productive second quarter as we delivered strong results, executed on our near term development pipeline in our exciting university-based research & innovation business, and captured accretive and attractive external investments, including with Le Groupe Maurice, said Debra A.
