Cracker Barrel (CBRL) Declares $3.00 Special Dividend, 1.9% Yield; Approves Up to $50M Share Buyback

The dividend will be payable on August 2, 2019, to stockholders of record on July 19, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
