Baidu Announces US$1 Billion Share Repurchase Program

(NASDAQ: BIDU) ("Baidu" or the "Company"), Â the leading Chinese language Internet search provider, today announced that its board of directors authorized a new share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to US$1 billion of its shares, effective until July 1, 2020.
