Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation Announces Pricing Of Public Offering Of 5,000,000 Shares Of Common Stock

PASADENA, Calif., May 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation (NYSE: WMC) (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock for total estimated gross proceeds of approximately $50.7 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.
