May 7, 2019 6:47 AM UTCTopBuild (NYSE: BLD) reported Q1 EPS of $1.06, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $619.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $599.96 million.
Net Sales increased 26.0% to $619.3 million, primarily driven by acquisitions, price increases and sales volume growth at TruTeam. Of the 26.0% revenue growth, same branch sales contributed 7.1%.
