CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE: H) today reported first-quarter 2019 financial results. Net income attributable to Hyatt was $63 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2019, compared to $411 million, or $3.40 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2018.
