Welltower (WELL) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c, Revenues Beat; Lowers EPS Guidance
April 30, 2019 6:34 AM EDTWelltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.71, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.27 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.23 billion.
