(NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $30.9 million, or $0.48 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2019, compared to net income of $27.9 million, or $0.43 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2018.Â
