April 26, 2019 6:45 AM EDTMANSFIELD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE: GRC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.135 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable June 10, 2019, to shareholders of record May 15, 2019. This will mark the 277th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by The Gorman-Rupp Company.
