First Commonwealth Announces Strong First Quarter 2019 Earnings; Declares Quarterly Dividend
April 23, 2019 7:01 AM EDTINDIANA, Pa., April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (NYSE: FCF) today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2019. Net income for the first quarter of 2019 was $24.6 million, resulting in diluted earnings per share of $0.25, as compared to net income of $23.3 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.24 for the first quarter of 2018, an increase of $1.3 million and $0.01, or 5.7% and 4.2%, respectively.
