NGM Bio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 3, 2019 8:58 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NGM) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. In addition, NGM has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,000,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol NGM on April 4, 2019, and the offering is expected to close on April 8, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
