Ellington Financial Announces Dividend of $0.41 Per Share
February 14, 2019 4:31 PM ESTOLD GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ellington Financial LLC (NYSE: EFC) ("Ellington Financial" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.41 per share, payable on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2019. This dividend, together with any other 2019 dividends, will be taxable to shareholders to the extent of the Companys 2019 earnings and profits, and reported on a Form 1099-DIV to shareholders.
